With enhanced recruiter and candidate personalization capabilities, Deploy Solutions has released the next version of its automated recruiting system, Deploy 5.
The tool enables recruiters to customize their hiring systems and features a recruiter dashboard in which users can access frequently used application features, performance metrics, alerts and candidate information from a single location.
A recruiter and staffing metrics feature was developed to allow users to compare data from the full staffing spectrum -- from the moment recruiting begins, to on-the-job performance of new hires -- and then use that data to determine metrics for quantity, quality, cost, time and satisfaction.
Deploy 5 is for large organizations with at least a few thousand employees. Prices vary depending on the number of users. License pricing starts at approximately $200,000; ASP prices start at approximately $10,000 per month.

Performance Appraisal System
Grote Consulting Corp. is offering GroteApproach, a Web-based performance appraisal application.
The system incorporates all best practices in performance management including research-based organizational and job-specific competencies, goal-setting, employee self-appraisal, e-mail reminders and visual flags.
The program includes data-mining and performance reporting capability designed to provide metrics on employee performance on an individual, department and company wide basis.
Pricing is based on a number of factors including the number of employees and ranges from $10,000 to $100,000.

Ultimate Software has extended its customer training program to include custom packaging of its UltiPro e-learning content.
The new custom education package is a component of the company's "Right-Knowledge-at-the-Right Time" education strategy designed to accelerate return on investment for UltiPro customers. The strategy centers around a learner self-service approach where participants learn about training options through a portal, register online and complete coursework via the Internet.
Customers select from a library of more than 300 e-learning topics to create an individualized curriculum to match their specific human resources, benefits and payroll training needs. The custom e-learning Web site includes product overviews, self-paced tutorials, animated step-by-step simulations and self-assessment activities that the learner can complete.
The Web site can be branded with company logos, graphics or slogans. Learners can reinforce their education by viewing the training program multiple times at their convenience.
Prices range from $99 to $795 per course.

OPENonline has launched SelectHire, an online screening system.
The tool is designed to automate and centrally manage the background check and verification components of the applicant screening process. The national online systems allow users to search for county and federal criminal and civil records; obtain driving records and verify telephone and address information, Social Security numbers, employment history, earned degrees and professional licenses.
Prices range from $3 to $12 per search.

The new channel features profiles of 25 select employers showcasing job postings, company history, work culture, products and services, Web-site links and contact information.
CareerBuilder.com powers the online career centers for sites covering women, African Americans, Hispanics, alternative lifestyles and disabilities.
Pricing varies depending on the length of service the employer chooses. Employers can choose to be featured for one month for $1,000 or for three consecutive months for $2,550.
